  • Our sales associates are trained and happy and willing to help with situations like this. One of our core values is that we will work with any budget to help make your dream event a reality. We have different payment plans and methods to help make your event possible and your imagination come to life.

  • If you accidentally damage any rented equipment while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to equipment damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental and/or service period if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental/service terms and ensure the continued availability. Keep in mind that the rental/service availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure our services and rentals. We're committed to accommodating your changing needs.

  • Here at DTM.Productions, we have a "hassle free" rental program. When you book a time for equipment, our associate will bring the equipment to the event location and set everything up. When the event is over, we will come and pick everything back up. If you have any issues during your event with any of the equipment, our team is on standby to resolve the issue or replace the equipment rented if needed.
