          • Client Owned Certified & Tested: Equipment with this stamp is owned by a client but has been certified and tested by a DTM member. We assessed the functionality and determined its selling condition.
          • Client Owned: This label indicates client-owned equipment that has not been tested by a DTM member. The condition of these items is determined solely by the client.

    • How Our Rental Program Works
      • Delivery and Setup: We will drop off and set up the rented equipment at your specified location, ensuring everything is ready for use.
      • Contract and Invoice: Before setup, the individual who originally booked the equipment must sign and date the rental contract and invoice. A valid state identification is required for verification.
      • Pickup Notification: After you have finished using the equipment, simply call us and we will be on site to pick back up the equipment.
    • Refusal of Service
      • If our setup manager determines that the rental cannot or should not be executed for any reason, a refusal of service form will be filled out and signed by DTM.Productions. This form will be sent to you digitally, and a full refund for the total rental amount will be processed.

      • Condition of Equipment: Please ensure the equipment is in the same condition and location it was delivered and set up in. Our team will inspect the equipment upon pickup.
      • Timely Pickup: To avoid any additional charges, please be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

      • Eligibility: Items purchased are eligible for returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
      • Non-Refundable Items: Used merchandise is non-refundable unless deemed otherwise by DTM Productions.

      • Full Refund: Rentals and services can be canceled 1 week prior to the appointment for a full refund.
      • Partial Refund: Cancellations made before 48 hours of the appointment/engagement qualify for a 50% refund.
      • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the engagement are not refundable.

    If applicable, items purchased are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase. Rentals & Services are eligible for cancellation 1 week prior to appointment for a full refund and qualify for a partial refund (50%) when a cancellation request is made before 48 hours of an appointment/engagement. Within 48 hours of engagement, Rentals & Services are not refundable. Used merchandise is non-refundable unless deemed otherwise by DTM Productions.
