Hello everyone, I’m Joe Amador . Born in Paterson, New Jersey, with Dominican roots, my journey has been a mix of music, entrepreneurship, and sales. Music has always been my passion—I spent most of my life creating it, and eventually even launched my own t-shirt brand to channel my creativity into fashion.

I studied business and music production at Full Sail University in Florida, which gave me the skills to navigate the industry and blend creativity with business. Over the past ten years, I’ve been working as a sales professional, selling everything from TVs to houses, and I’ve learned how to connect with people and make an impact.

Today, I’m excited to be part of DTM as the Chief Revenue Officer. My role here is all about growth—driving our business forward and creating value for our clients. I’m adamant about developing the best solutions, building strong relationships, and striving to make every event we create truly magical. For me, it’s all about ensuring our clients’ experiences are not just good, but unforgettable, every time, for a lifetime.

Hello! My name is Michael. Born and raised in central Jersey with a drive for perfection in the music industry. I’ve been performing and working with equipment from small to large scales for around 10 plus years. My main role here at DTM is being a DJ, but wearing multiple hats, I’m also head of events and head of our sales department. 

As a DJ, my versatile and extensive library of music is able to cater toward any crowd to ensure a memorable night.  

I’m proud to be a part of DTM for the growth of knowledge and career path in helping to make sure clients have the best event of the year. In the end, it’s all about helping others and the love of music and events that DTM is a fantastic gateway to.
